Garmin zumo 220 Scales Down Size and Price of Motorcycle Navigation

Garmin International Inc., a unit of Garmin Ltd. (NASDAQ: GRMN), announced a new addition to the zūmo family: the zūmo 220 GPS motorcycle navigator. The zūmo 220 is easy on your wallet and designed to fit smaller bikes that do not have a lot of room. It features a 3.5” colour touchscreen that is both rugged and waterproof. A motorcycle mount with hardware and an automotive mount are included, so your zūmo is ready to navigate right out of the box.

The zūmo 220 offers full coverage mapping for Europe. The preloaded map data features up to 1.7 million points of interest, including hotels, restaurants, petrol stations, cashpoints and attractions. The unit also comes with the City Navigator Europe NT DVD in the box. The map data is provided by NAVTEQ, a world leader in premium-quality mapping.
